AMTD completed US$500m senior floating rate note offering for Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch

On Sep 17, 2018, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Hong Kong Branch, successfully complete the issuance of US$500mm 3-year senior floating rate note (“FRN”), with AMTD acting as the Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager. This transaction marked the first offering by the SPD Bank, Hong Kong Branch, in 2018, following the successful issuance of the US$400mm 3-year FRN and US$350mm 5-year FRN in July, 2017. AMTD demonstrated the friendship between AMTD and SPD Bank and long-term cooperation of the two.
