On February 12, 2018, ZH International Holdings Limited (185.HK, “ZH International” or the “Company”) successfully priced a Reg-S US$200mm 353-day short term private placement (the “Transaction”), with AMTD acting as the placing agent. This Transaction demonstrates AMTD’s effort and commitment in providing in-depth services to key clients.

Issuer of the Transaction is ZH International Holdings Limited (185.HK) with Ever Diamond Global Company Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and wholly owned by Ms. Huang (the Company’s owner) providing guarantees.

AMTD acted as placing agent of the Transaction, and completed the issuance within 3 weeks. Benefiting from the Company’s well-recognized brand name, leading market position and solid credit profile, coupled with the efforts of AMTD which invited a few good quality investors, the Company has successfully priced a US$200mm issuance.
